بعد ورود معلومات لمكتب تحري الشمال، عن صيدلية في النخلة – الكورة تبيع ادوية مهربة، من دون خضوعها للاجراءات المخبرية والإدارية اللازمة قبل دخولها إلى لبنان، ومن دون التراخيص اللازمة من وزارة الصحة ولا من نقابة الصيادلة، توجهت دورية تابعة لتحري طرابلس إلى الصيدلية برفقة مفتشة من قبل نقابة الصيادلة، وتم إقفال الصيدلية بالشمع الأحمر والتحقيق جار مع صاحبها بإشراف القضاء المختص.
