1. Quality & Performance Improvement Supervisor
LAU medical center – St. John’s Hospital – Jounieh is hiring a Quality and Performance Improvement Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring the alignment and coherence of the quality standards and procedures with legislation and customer specifications.
Additionally, he/she is responsible for developing and maintaining the organizations’ quality assurance policies and controlling new product development processes, establishing performance standards, procedures, and audit controls in order to meet ISO, MOPH and JCI requirements, as well as to identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of LAUMC- SJH operations.
Requirements
• BS in Business Management, Health Sciences, Public Health or related field. MBA in Public Health or Hospital Management is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years’ work experience in hospital management, hospital accreditation, performance improvement, out of which at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a hospital is required.

3. Accounting Officer

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2 years of work experience, preferably in a hospital.
